Adonirei (Donni) Alvarenga, CPNP

Adonirei Alvarenga (or "Donni"), CPNP, was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. She is married. Adonirei received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Southern Adventist University in Tennessee. She then earned her Master's of Science in Nursing, with a focus on pediatrics, from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. She obtained her national certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board in 2006. She has been with Altamonte Pediatrics Associates from 2006 to the present. Her professional interests include preventive care and nutrition, including breastfeeding and treatment of overweight children. Her personal interests include scrapbooking and paper crafting, spinning, and spending time with family.

Kristin Powell, CPNP

Kristin Powell was born in Houston, Texas. She earned her Master's of Science in Nursing, specializing in Pediatrics, at the University of Central Florida, in Orlando, Florida. She is a nationally certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Powell is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and the Central Florida Advanced Nursing Practice Council. Kristin is interested in Clinical Resarch.  She has been with Altamonte Pediatrics since June 2007.

Corie Opdyke, CPNP

Corie Opdyke was born in Fayetteville, NC and grew up in Jacksonville Florida. She is married to Brett Opdyke and has 2 sons. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida and received her Master of Nursing degree from Florida International University. She is a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner with experience in the newborn intensive care unit. Her medical interests include newborn care, patient education, and teenage healthcare. She also enjoys outdoor sports and family activities.

Angie Donahue, CPNP

Angie Donahue was born and raised in Central Ohio. She is married to Dirk Donahue and has twin daughters. She completed her Master of Nursing degree at the University of Central Florida. She is a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner. Her experience has included pediatric hematology/oncology, pediatric critical care and pediatric palliative care. Her personal interests include: traveling, musical theater and going to the beach with her family.
